For years she has been teaching courses including marketing, management, public relations, economics, and professional English. She participates actively in teaching reform and practice, including presiding over several provincial and municipal teaching and research projects, publishing more than ten papers in journals of related fields, and compiling a textbook. She guided students to participate in national and provincial entrepreneurship and innovation competitions and won the championship eight times. In December 2020, her students won the “Challenge Cup” National College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the Gold Award. She published two articles in an SCI-indexed journal, entitled Basic & Clinical Pharmacology & Toxicology, dozens of articles in CSSCI-indexed and China’s core journals, and eight international conference papers which are retrieved by EI. She also has authored six monographs published by Intellectual Property Publishing House, Economic Press China, and China Machine Press. She has presided over more than ten projects of the national-, Macao-, and provinciallevels of and municipal level scientific research. She is also widely involved in social practice and is providing services to the government and enterprises, including serving as an expert in Shenzhen decision-making advisory committee, and providing consulting and training services for large and medium-sized enterprises such as Wahaha Group, Belle Group, as well as some business groups in Macao.
Jiazeng Li, born in Nantong, Jiangsu Province, on April 22, 1945, held a master’s degree. He served as Professor at Southeast University, Director of the Institute of Creation Engineering and Creation Education, Professor and Director of the General Education Program at Macau University of Science and Technology, Professor at City University of Macau, Executive Director of the Macao Socio-Economic Development Research Center, and Director of the Institute of Macau Cultural Industries. His research interests include creation science and education, socio-economic research, Chinese culture and comparative culture studies, and cultural industry research. He has published more than 30 monographs, translations, textbooks, and essay collections. His monographs Creation Science and Creativity Development Training and The Charm of Creation respectively won the third prize in the book category of the Outstanding Achievement Award of Philosophy and Social Science Research of Jiangsu Province, and Macao Socio-Economic Development Research Report: Industrial Development and Innovation edited by him won the first prize in the book category of the Outstanding Achievement Award of Humanities and Social Science Research of Macau.
Peng Chao, born in 1959, Ph.D. of Peking University, is currently Director of the Master’s Program, Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor at the Institute for Research on Portuguese-speaking Countries, City University of Macau, and Director of the Macau “One Belt, One Road” Research Center. He was a visiting professor (full professor) at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, a director of the Macau Economic Association, and a director of the Macau Scholars’ Union. He successively taught marketing management, enterprise crisis management, human resources strategy and planning, international human resources management, and master’s and doctoral courses including research on the national conditions of Portuguese-speaking countries, special research on the relationship between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, and research methods and design. He served as the guest speaker at a number of international conferences including the 15th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention, and the 2018 Dongguan High-level Talents Entrepreneurship Forum. He organized and presided many national and Macao academic research projects, and published a number of academic papers in Shandong Social Sciences, GMW.cn, people.cn, IGI Global, etc., some of which have been republished by several media. His research interests include marketing management, crisis management, research on Portuguese-speaking countries, One Belt, One Road, Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area and cross culture.
